INMA and SBDC Program:

      Women Empowerment Organization (WEO) through its SBDC in Erbil provides 600 Voucher training courses in 6 months in 5 provinces which are Tameem, Ninewa, and Sulimania, Duhok, and Erbil. It also provides M&E Monitoring and Evaluation as apart of this program.

The purpose of Inma program   is to allow farmers and agribusiness Men\Women the opportunity to get up-to—date information on how to Start\run a business. Well trained Iraqis who have the knowledge, skills and attitudes to insure that a modern agribusiness is viable and profitable

Objectives and goals of the training are how to establish the relationship between farmers and the Inma after the training to get agricultural loans and the importance to the success of any project whatever was it size, furthermore  to promote private sector development and employment generation by:-

Links to microfinance institutions and Banks

In the light of promoting privet sector WEO has held 6 training course about How to start up/improve agribusiness in three different provinces:-
